This one started as a conversation I had that led to me thinking about what it is to be human. Really, we are all just brains, we just happen to be encased in different bodies as vessels. My vessel is different from yours, but all we really are is just the brain . So I made a self portrait. As far as the colors, I was at a point that I was really starting to experiment with color themes and different paint effects – hence the explosive looking splashing on the right.
