Losing Time
I created this piece in 2022 as we were at the tail end of Covid and it felt that we had all fallen into some kind of slip stream where time ceased to exist. You know the feeling, when you go to work and then you wait for the weekend and then the weekend is gone and now your’re back at work and all of the sudden it’s almost Christmas? That’s kind of how this painting feels to me. And I’m not going to lie, I really love it - the painting, that is. I love the colors, I love the textures, I love the contrast between orange and purple. I consider this one to be a win.
This giclee is printed onto high quality, Innova Rough Textured fine art paper which is 315gsm (gsm = grams per square meter, it means the paper is thicker/heavier). Almost all of my printing is still taken care of by my friends down at PGH Print Ship, a great local print shop who does fantastic work.
This comes in 3 sizes:
8x12”
12x18”
24x36”
