In art class I used to have to practice drawing hands, so I decided to see if I could still do one. I also used it as an opportunity to play around with color mixing, and using different colors to show depth as opposed to relying only on value. And as always I like to add little stylistic flares, so there were lots of little splashes and drips that I decided to add as I went on. I don’t attach any particularly deep meaning to this, it was just me fooling around on a bored afternoon. However, this one really seems to resonate with a lot of people.
